Ingredients
- For the granola:
- 1 cup dry oats
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped dates
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/8 tsp Curcumin C3 Reduct®
(Colorless Turmeric) - 1/2 tbs cinnamon
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- For parfait:
- 60 oz container yogurt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 4 cups blueberries
Instructions
*MAKES 4 SERVINGS*- Preheat oven 325
- In a large bowl, combine and mix together oats, pecans, dates, chia seeds, Curcumin C3 Reduct® (Colorless Turmeric), and cinnamon
- In a separate bowl, whisk together tahini, maple syrup, vanilla. Then pour the tahini mixture into the other bowl of ingredients and mix
- Pour granola onto a baking sheet and bake until golden brown (about 20 to 25 minutes). Allow to cool for 5 minutes before making parfait
- To make the parfait, layer yogurt, blueberries and granola in a glass or jar. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top
