Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbs milk
  • 1/2 tsp Curcumin C3 Complex®
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Garnish with cinnamon
  3. Serve with your favorite vegetables and pita bread
