Sabinsa Corporation announced today that Bob Bremer has joined the company as sales director. Bremer will be responsible for coordinating sales and business development activities for Sabinsa's products in the eastern portion of the United States and will be based out of the company's offices in Piscataway, New Jersey.

Prior to joining Sabinsa, Bremer worked for several well-known manufacturers of proteins, carbohydrates and lipids whose products were used in functional foods and dietary supplements across various markets. Although his core area of expertise is in sales, Bremer also has strong experience in research and development, having worked for five years in R&D for Kraft Foods. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Zoology and Physiology, as well as a master’s degree in Food Science from Rutgers University. Additionally, Bremer graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, and has worked as a chef and restaurant manager.
