SABINSA CORPORATION HIRES SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF MANUFACTURING

Sabinsa Corporation announced today that Ed Olson has joined the company as senior vice president of manufacturing. Olson will provide Sabinsa's customers with innovative ideas and practical solutions to help meet their manufacturing requirements and custom formulation needs. He will also oversee the expansion of Sabinsa's manufacturing facility in Payson, Utah.

"Ed brings to our customers a wealth of knowledge surrounding the formulation and manufacture of nutritional supplements, and we are pleased to have him on board," stated Todd Norton, president, Sabinsa Corporation. "Not only can our customers continue to purchase quality proven and science backed ingredients from Sabinsa, they now have an in-house resource to help them determine and meet their needs in high volume granulations, drum-to-hopper and other custom blends, particle size reduction, roll compaction and custom formulating among others."

Prior to joining Sabinsa, Olson worked in the sales department of Cornerstone Research & Development, Inc., was the sales Vice President and a driving force for Alpine Health Industries and National Sales Manager for Alpha-Pak. Olson also ran his own company, Olson Nutritional Services, Inc., where he provided dietary supplement companies with assistance in product supply and development, labeling, and marketing.
