CURCUMIN C3 COMPLEX®. The
US Patent #5,861,415 dated January 19, 1999, is entitled
"Bioprotectant Composition, Method of Use and Extraction
Process of Curcuminoids."
Curcuma longa (turmeric root) is one of the
most widely used herbs in Ayurveda materia medica. The dried
root, which has been used for centuries as a spice, food
