Dr. Gaynor received her B.S. in Nutrition and her Ph.D. in Food Technology from University College, Cork, Ireland.
With her extensive background in Food Science and Clinical Nutrition, Dr. Gaynor provides excellent product technical support to Sabinsa's customers. She is actively involved in the Sabinsa-on-Wheels project, where she gives technical presentations. In addition, Dr. Gaynor is a technical writer and researcher.
