NOTICE TO CONSUMERS

Two formerly trusted and valued employees of Sabinsa/Sami Labs are pursuing our customers worldwide by portraying similar products as superior and/or less expensive and from their own production. This Notice is to place our customers in Japan on-alert.

BioActives (1-60-20-702 Minami-Otsuka, Toshima-ku & in 3-4-11-406 Tanashi, Nishi-Tokyo-shi) is managed by our former employee with illicit operations operating as well in India (Astra Nutraceuticals, Bangalore, India) and in America (BioGreen NutraChem, West Hempstead, NY). In each, the local headquarters is a residence rather than a business. This operation was simultaneously launched 9 months ago after employees Syed Mohamed Saleel and Mohamed Faizal resigned (Saleel in India – Faizal in Japan) on the same day from Sabinsa/Sami Labs. The companies in fact have no production, conduct no R&D, possess no intellectual property – they are simply mimicking their former employer, Sabinsa, in the hope of defrauding customers.

Sabinsa/Sami Labs goes to great lengths to protect its customers from illicit marketing activities and zealously protects its valuable proprietary information, intellectual property and trade-secret protected products.

Sabinsa/Sami Labs appreciates the patronage our Japanese clientele have provided us over these years. We look forward to even better our relations in the future.

For Immediate Release

Bangalore, June 2, 2007 - Founding Director of Bio Actives Japan Corporation, Tokyo - Syed Mohammed Saleel (age: 45) - was today arrested for database theft and breach of trust.

Bio Actives Japan President & Representative Director Faizal Mohhammed (age: 28) could not be immediately reached for comment. Mr. Faizal faces similar legal action for theft and destruction of company property before he resigned from Sabinsa/Sami Labs in Japan in August 31, 2006 and for breach of trust and conspiracy for establishing companies mimicking Sabinsa/Sami Labs in India, Japan and in the USA.

BioActives was established eight days after the resignations of Messers. Saleel and Faizal from Sabinsa/Sami Labs. These individuals have been pursuing unauthorized business with existing customers worldwide, peddling similar products as if they were produced in-house utilizing BioActives / BioGreen Nutraceuticals (USA) / Astra Nutraceuticals (India) know-how, R&D, quality control.

Police suspect that the three entities are shell-companies for illicit sales, marketing and trading purposes. Investigations are ongoing.
